Strategic Sales Planning Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Manager/Senior Specialist to lead the long‑term strategic sales planning for Porsche Asia Pacific. You will shape data‑driven forecasts, align demand with production, and drive initiatives that support sustainable growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and drive the long‑term strategic planning process for the PAP region.
• Lead holistic sales analysis, evaluating market trends and performance to build robust forecasts.
• Develop and enhance analytical tools and methodologies to identify future sales potential.
• Ensure effective demand‑supply planning by aligning forecasts with operational and production requirements.
• Manage the tactical incentive budget, ensuring optimal allocation and compliance with governance.
• Support the design and implementation of programmes that improve growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify sales risks, define mitigation measures, and monitor exposure across markets.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives and strategic projects supporting long‑term growth.
• Lead a team of two specialists overseeing Sales Analytics and Sales Operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in sales planning, market analysis or business forecasting.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of sales operations, performance drivers and risk management.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player comfortable in a multicultural environment.
