Strategy and Insights Manager, Large Customer Sales

About the role

Google is looking for a Strategy and Insights Manager to join its Large Customer Sales (LCS) team. The role combines industry intelligence, data‑driven storytelling and C‑level advisory to help leading brands and agencies navigate rapid market shifts and grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own thought‑leadership content, third‑party research and industry‑shifting perspectives for internal and external audiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level clients, highlighting big industry trends and growth opportunities.
• Partner with sales leaders and Google advertisers to identify consumer, category and seasonal opportunities that drive budget wins.
• Enhance insights by integrating new data sources, AI‑enabled infrastructure and managing data partnerships.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives that influence executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media, marketing or consulting.
• Proven experience engaging with C‑level executives and managing cross‑functional partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to generate customer‑centric, commercially‑motivated insights.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on leveraging insights for business growth.
