Strategy& Deals Summer Internship (May-August 2025)

About the role

PwC's Strategy& Deals team in Singapore offers a summer internship from May to August 2025. The team covers the full deal continuum, from market entry and corporate strategy formulation to deal origination, commercial and operational due diligence, post-deal integration and exit. It has a core team in Singapore supported by a regional network across SE Asia, focusing on commercial due diligence and M&A strategy, growth and corporate strategy, and government strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a growing team of strategy professionals in a fast-paced environment with short, high-intensity projects involving senior-level clients.
• Gain extensive training through project work across multiple industries to develop analytical skills and business acumen.
• Integrate into the global PwC Strategy and Deals network, including Strategy& (the firm's acquisition of Booz & Co).

Required profile

• Student from any field of study at a local or overseas university.
• Excellent academic (2nd upper and above) and co-curricular record.
• Highly motivated to do deals strategy work, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with strong business acumen, able to work independently under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills; fluency in other languages is an added advantage.
