Strategy Partner, APAC

About the role

Join the LEGO Group as a Strategy Partner for the APAC region and help shape the strategic agenda across global markets and channels. You will work directly with the APAC Market Group Head, co‑creating strategies and business plans that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the APAC Market Group Head as a strategic and commercial partner, co‑creating and executing business plans.
• Design and develop commercial strategies at regional and global levels to meet ambitious objectives.
• Collaborate with regional heads and cross‑functional teams to lead key initiatives and ensure effective deployment.
• Challenge partners constructively and provide strategic sparring on critical issues.
• Lead regional leadership meeting agendas, focusing on strategic priorities and follow‑up.
• Analyse market trends, threats and opportunities to inform decision‑making.
• Partner with global strategy teams, cascade direction, and share insights.
• Drive strategic engagements from problem framing through analysis, insight generation and presentation.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a strategy consultancy, preferably with FMCG/CPG or digital exposure.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to extract insights from complex data.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills for executive‑level presentations and documentation.
