About the role

Nanyang International School, a prestigious educational institution in Singapore focused on academic excellence and holistic development, is hiring a full-time Student Recruitment Executive. The role centres on growing enrolment through outreach, partnerships and a smooth admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Carry out outreach such as school visits, fairs and community events to attract prospective students.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international educational partners and agencies.
• Coordinate and manage the admissions process so applicants have a smooth experience.
• Guide prospective students and their families through the application process.
• Work with marketing and communications teams on promotional materials and campaigns.
• Analyze recruitment data and trends to find areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activity to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in student recruitment or admissions in an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent organization and time management, handling multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required; knowledge of international education systems is an advantage.
