Style & Retail Coach

About the role

The Style & Retail Coach strengthens styling, product, fashion and customer experience capabilities of frontline retail teams. By delivering targeted training and coaching, the role bridges brand DNA with everyday store execution, driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑store and regional training on styling principles, fashion trends, product knowledge and brand storytelling, tailored to each brand’s DNA.
• Translate seasonal launches and key looks into practical styling guidance that store teams can apply on the floor.
• Coach retail staff on confident customer engagement, personalised product recommendations and outfit‑building conversations.
• Champion brand standards—including grooming, uniform and in‑store fashion expression—in partnership with Retail Operations.
• Create and maintain training materials such as lookbooks, styling guides, product decks and facilitator guides.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess training application, identify capability gaps and report outcomes to L&D leadership.
• Gather market intelligence on customer behaviour and share best practices across stores.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail, Business, Training or a related field.
• Experience in retail coaching, training or a similar customer‑facing development role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt training delivery to varied audiences.
