Stylist / Senior Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Company is hiring a Stylist (Senior Stylist) in Singapore. The role covers customer service, sales, merchandising and store operations. Current Levi's employees apply through their Workday account.

Key responsibilities

• Show a thorough understanding of the brand and drive sales by sharing Levi Strauss & Company's history and heritage
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service following the selling model
• Promote and drive the Red Tab Membership Program and achieve Mystery Shopper results
• Meet store sales targets and key performance indicators
• Follow store operating procedures such as opening, closing, cash handling, stock receiving and housekeeping
• Follow security, safety and loss prevention programmes
• Replenish and tag merchandise on the selling floor as needed
• Maintain store appearance to visual presentation standards and perform alterations

Required profile

• At least an O'level qualification
• Good command of English
• Flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts
• Passion for retail and customer service, sales-driven and self-motivated
• Comfortable working while standing, squatting, bending and lifting
