Subscription Sales Assistant Manager

About the role

The Subscription Sales Assistant Manager will lead the sales team in developing and executing strategies that drive revenue for subscription‑based products. You will manage performance, nurture customer relationships, and collaborate closely with product, marketing and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets, including product pricing, channel planning and incentive programs.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
• Analyse campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis, produce sales reports and share best practices.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Digital Marketing, PR, Social Media and Corporate Marketing to ensure consistent execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple functional teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the consumer‑goods sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong planning, organising and time‑management abilities.
• Proven experience in fast‑paced environments and handling external stakeholders.
• High adaptability, attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity.
