Success Factor Solution Architect

About the role

The Success Factor Solution Architect will work cross‑functionally with multiple business units to define and deliver architecture solutions that meet strategic needs. You will own the full lifecycle of architecture development, from initial concept through to final implementation and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with business users to design solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Act as a technical subject‑matter expert for stakeholders.
• Champion reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency.
• Produce clear documentation to support understanding of existing architecture solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
