About the role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing and branding strategies to promote the company’s services, expand market presence, and achieve business growth. The role involves managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and image.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Plan and execute online and offline campaigns including social media, website updates, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
• Manage company branding, public relations, and corporate communication activities.
• Coordinate with design teams for marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads.
• Oversee content development for social media, newsletters, and company publications.
• Organize marketing events, trade exhibitions, and client engagement programs.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support lead generation and business development.
• Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and prepare periodic management reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and media representatives.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, engineering, or professional services industry.
• Proven track record in campaign management, brand strategy, and client engagement.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities.
