Supervisor - ASEAN Cross Border Solutions

About the role

This entry-level role supports the daily coordination of APAC cross-border trade operations. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the position helps with shipment tracking, documentation checks, customs clearance follow-up, payment administration and operational reporting. Structured training and on-the-job guidance are provided to build practical knowledge of cross-border logistics and trade processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily cross-border shipment coordination and update shipment records and trackers, following up with relevant teams on pending information or actions.
• Monitor customs clearance progress and report delays or issues to the supervisor.
• Check that basic shipping, customs, duty and tax documents are complete before submission, and file trade documents accurately.
• Support invoice and payment checks, update payment records and follow up on approvals.
• Communicate routine updates with internal teams, brokers and service providers, maintain operational trackers and prepare simple status updates and reports using the required templates.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or part-time experience in logistics or operations is an advantage but not required.
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible, with good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and work with different stakeholders.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
