About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our food and beverage outlets across Singapore, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Coordinating daily management operations
Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
Organizing and supervising shifts
Appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity
Estimating future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Working night shifts as required

Required profile

Proven work experience in a similar supervisory role
Proven customer service experience as a supervisor
Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to recall ingredients and dishes
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
