About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our island‑wide operations in Singapore. The role involves setting targets, coordinating teams and ensuring a safe, efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities

Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to staff.
Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees to achieve performance goals.
Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.

What we offer

Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 5,000.
Permanent employment contract.
