About the role
We are seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead our team across Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and driving efficiency in a fast‑paced tailoring environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to staff.
- Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees to achieve performance targets.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to work longer hours, including weekends and public holidays.
