Supplier Partnerships & Campaign Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Supplier Partnerships & Campaign Executive to manage supplier relationships and execute marketing campaigns for our B2B travel technology platform. The role blends partnership management, campaign coordination and data‑driven performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers to collect marketing assets, product updates and ensure campaign commitments are met.
• Prepare campaign proposals, presentation decks and coordinate with designers to deliver creatives on schedule.
• Draft and send EDMs, publish supporting content on LinkedIn, Facebook and the B2B blog.
• Tag and track campaign products, analyse performance using Excel and Power BI, and maintain dashboards and post‑campaign reports.
• Troubleshoot operational issues such as product rejections or partner complaints and work with internal teams to resolve them.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management or marketing operations, preferably in travel or tourism.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including VLOOKUP, data analysis and reporting).
• Power BI for data visualisation and dashboard creation.
• Experience with EDM tools, CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
