Supplier (Procurement) Manager

About the role

Expereo, a provider of managed internet, SD-WAN/SASE and cloud connectivity solutions, is looking for a Supplier (Procurement) Manager in Singapore. The role manages relationships with suppliers, carriers and telecom partners across the APAC region, drives cost savings and keeps supplier information up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships and service level agreements with ISPs, carriers and telecom and equipment organisations.
• Assess Expereo's cost profile with local providers and implement initiatives that deliver cost savings.
• Prepare strategic sourcing business cases, ROI models, supplier partner communication plans and contracting options.
• Work with legal teams and procurement stakeholders to negotiate the most favourable terms.
• Maintain an optimal mix of carriers and providers per market and own supplier relationship management, including rationalisation and segmentation.
• Review and improve the operational and commercial performance of carriers and providers, and track regional technology developments.
• Support sales on commercial projects requiring special carrier services or conditions, and act as the main interface with in-country supplier partners.
• Keep APAC supplier partners, products, services, pricing, coverage, SLAs and related details current in the Expereo systems, and attend Telco events in the APAC region.

Required profile

• Higher education completed.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in supplier management or vendor relations; telecom internet experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of English; other languages and knowledge of the Asia telecommunications market are a plus.
