Supply Chain AI Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain AI Specialist will own the end‑to‑end performance of our supply‑chain network, using artificial‑intelligence and digital tools to drive cost efficiency, service quality and risk mitigation. You will work closely with operations, logistics and procurement teams to translate business challenges into AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of supply‑chain outcomes (cost, service, risk) and act as a business owner rather than a task executor.
• Break down complex supply‑chain problems, identify root causes with data, and design scalable, data‑driven solutions.
• Observe shop‑floor operations (Gemba) to uncover bottlenecks and feed insights into digital models.
• Apply AI, automation and analytics tools to redesign workflows and support decision‑making.
• Bridge business requirements with AI capabilities, turning operational issues into structured use cases.
• Engage and align cross‑functional stakeholders, communicating both operational details and conceptual AI strategies.
• Continuously learn new digital tools and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in supply‑chain functions such as planning, logistics, procurement or warehouse management.
• Proven track record of leading operational improvement or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills across multiple functions.
• Hands‑on experience with digital or AI tools in daily work.
• Ability to think analytically, work with data and make evidence‑based decisions.
