Supply Chain Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Customer Experience Specialist will act as the bridge between customers, internal teams and logistics partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high‑quality service. This 1‑year contract role focuses on processing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries and continuously improving supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders for finished goods and POSM, aligning with market forecasts and inventory guidelines.
• Use SAP efficiently to verify sales prices, resolve supply and pricing issues, and adhere to order‑processing standards.
• Collaborate with third‑party logistics providers to manage delivery planning, issue Post Goods Issues (PGI) and invoices, and monitor delivery progress.
• Ensure accurate Proof of Delivery (POD) collection and keep customers informed of expected delivery dates.
• Schedule and manage order deliveries, optimise transport and freight efficiency, and provide advance shipping notifications.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, maintain complete documentation, and support peak‑period demand across markets.
• Work closely with accounts and internal departments to maintain workflow continuity and compliance with internal controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service, preferably within complex, multicultural organisations.
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with local transportation and foreign‑trade regulations.
• Background in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods sectors is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (SD/MM modules) and other ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience using inventory management software.
