Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager to lead the design and implementation of advanced supply allocation and production planning frameworks across our Southeast Asian manufacturing plants. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Program Management, you will act as the key point of contact for ensuring smooth operations and meeting dynamic customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert to review and develop upstream raw‑material planning and downstream finished‑goods planning, driving optimal production output.
• Collaborate closely with design engineering, production, and logistics/warehousing teams to ensure maximum operational readiness and alignment with commercial objectives, including forecast accuracy.
• Strategize and implement process improvements through root‑cause analysis to achieve supply‑chain excellence and support on‑time manufacturing.

Required profile

• Permanent residency in Singapore.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7‑10 years of end‑to‑end supply‑chain management or related international engineering/business management experience in a complex, high‑mix low‑volume precision manufacturing environment.
• Proven solution‑oriented mindset for navigating complex matrix organizations.
• Strong hands‑on experience driving supply‑chain planning excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for influencing global and regional stakeholders.
• Good understanding of SAP or equivalent ERP systems (highly preferred).
