Principal – Transportation Strategy (Ports & Airports) – Southeast Asia

About the role

Our client, a top‑tier strategy consulting firm, is expanding its Transportation practice across Southeast Asia. They are seeking a Principal to lead strategy and transformation projects for ports and airport operators, government agencies, and related stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the firm’s Transport strategy footprint in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
• Leverage regional networks to win and lead high‑impact strategy and transformation engagements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of senior consulting talent.
• Lead client engagements, delivering insights and actionable roadmaps for port and airport operators.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of consulting experience, currently at Principal, Director, or Associate Partner level.
• Deep expertise in transportation strategy, preferably with ports and airports.
• Proven track record of selling and delivering strategy and transformation projects.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset.
