Operations Supervisor – Events & Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead on‑site execution of events and projects. You will act as the main point of contact between clients, the operations team and management to ensure every event runs smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Attend site reconnaissance and client briefings to capture project requirements.
• Prepare backend support for projects and events, ensuring all resources are in place.
• Oversee day‑to‑day on‑site work, supervising progress and deployment.
• Assist the manager in servicing existing and new clients and coordinate daily on‑site activities.
• Lead the operations team, guaranteeing work is completed safely, on time, and to client specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related operational or project‑execution role.
• Strong technical knowledge with hands‑on experience in event or project environments.
• Pro‑active attitude, initiative‑driven and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Team player willing to work weekends, public holidays and irregular hours as needed.
