Supply Planner

About the role

The Supply Planner will own the supply planning and management process to help designated business units achieve higher service levels through improved supply availability. This role is part of the global supply chain organization and works with stakeholders to drive APAC S&OP planning and deliver key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate, generate and compile the supply plan after demand consensus.
• Validate supply requirements against demand and production plans.
• Collaborate with demand, order fulfillment and production teams to ensure supply availability.
• Analyze stock levels to maintain optimal supply and safety stock within inventory targets.
• Resolve supply escalations and expedite shortages.
• Ensure adherence to S&OP business processes and support new process development.
• Perform ad‑hoc data mining analysis and act as a subject‑matter expert for tool development.
• Communicate effectively to influence across functions and stakeholders.
• Execute additional assignments as directed by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering from a reputable institute or university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post‑qualification experience in demand or supply planning within a complex multi‑plant network, preferably in a global MNC.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting or analysis.
