Supply & Shipping Operations and Business Analyst

About the role

TotalEnergies' Marketing & Services branch in Singapore is looking for a Supply & Shipping Operations and Business Analyst to join its Supply & Shipping team. You will support the operational management of petroleum products and LPG flows across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, and contribute to the digital transformation of tools and processes through data analysis, process automation and new monitoring and reporting tools. The position is based at Frasers Tower, Singapore, under a 24-month VIE contract.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate processes currently managed in Excel to Medissys, the integrated Trading & Shipping platform
• Improve the interfaces between Medissys and SAP
• Develop and optimise reporting tools and activity monitoring dashboards
• Support the automation of administrative and operational tasks
• Contribute to innovative solutions, including AI-based tools, for data analysis and value creation
• Support Product Supply Managers in monitoring supply and shipping operations
• Analyse logistics and maritime transportation costs, and monitor demurrage costs to find optimisation opportunities
• Help prepare the Budget and Long-Term Plan (LTP)
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and update operational procedures

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from an engineering, business or university school, specialising in Supply Chain, Logistics or Maritime Transportation
• First experience in Supply & Shipping, especially on petroleum products and pricing, is an asset
• Academic or professional knowledge of data analysis
• International or industrial experience is an advantage
• C1 English and B2 French

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI or VBA is an asset
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
