Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a Surveyor to join SH DESIGN & BUILD PTE. LTD. on construction sites across Singapore. The role involves setting out, monitoring and reporting on structural and architectural elements to ensure accuracy and compliance. It is a permanent, full‑time position with a monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 5,500. The role follows a six‑day work week and is based on construction sites island‑wide.

Key responsibilities

• Establish project control points and benchmarks.
• Carry out site setting‑out works for structural and architectural elements.
• Verify alignment, levels, coordinates, and dimensions.
• Conduct as‑built surveys.
• Monitor structural movement and settlement where required.
• Prepare survey records and reports.
• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors on dimensional accuracy.
• Ensure precast installation positions/setting out line meet design requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Land Surveying, Geomatics or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant surveying experience in Singapore, preferably in construction projects.
• Familiar with construction surveying, setting‑out works and site measurement.
• Able to use surveying instruments and relevant surveying software.
