System Analyst, Cash Management & Transaction Banking Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a System Analyst to support cash management and transaction banking transformation projects across APAC. The role involves analysing business requirements, reviewing system designs and ensuring alignment between banking processes and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse business requirements, functional specifications and system design documents for banking projects.
• Identify gaps, risks and issues in documentation and processes, and coordinate clarifications with business, IT, vendors and regional stakeholders.
• Support project governance, progress tracking, risk management and issue resolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and maintain project documentation and status reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst on banking system projects.
• Strong business‑level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with payments, cash management, transaction banking or corporate banking environments.

Required skills

• Source‑to‑target data mapping and interface specifications.
• Message transformation logic and functional specification review.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 and payment modernization.
• Understanding of cloud‑based banking architectures, API integrations and middleware platforms.
• Experience with Cash Management System (CMS) platforms and system migration initiatives.
