System Analyst – Senior Management

About the role

The bank is seeking a senior System Analyst to lead and manage key business units, drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with the bank’s overall vision and goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage key business units or strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall vision and goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability within assigned areas.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to achieve financial targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the bank in external forums, industry events, and client engagements as required.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10‑15 years of progressive experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
• Proven track record of leading teams, managing complex projects, and achieving strategic objectives.
• Deep understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business conditions.
