System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining our server infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain server operating systems (Windows, Linux, VMware).
• Deploy, configure, manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Exchange Server, Exchange Online, VMware ESXi, SAN storage and backup solutions.
• Perform routine system administration duties, monitor servers and resolve issues.
• Document processes, recommend solutions and keep accurate records of work performed.
• Provide technical support to the company’s regional offices, retail stores and Singapore location.
• Support server and network infrastructure, perform regular upgrades and ensure systems stay up‑to‑date.
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with ad‑hoc IT tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in system engineering or related IT roles.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
