System & Network Engineer (Virtualization & Windows Server)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled System & Network Engineer to manage our virtualization platforms, Windows Server environments, and network infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high availability, performing upgrades, and supporting disaster‑recovery processes while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Hyper‑V and VMware virtualization platforms.
• Administer Windows Server services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall solutions.
• Monitor system performance and guarantee high availability of IT services.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for project implementation and support.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in system and network administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Hyper‑V and/or VMware, Windows Server, and network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure) are a plus.
• Familiarity with security best practices and frameworks.
