Systems Lead / Architect (Post‑Silicon)

About the role

Lead the productisation of high‑performance computing chips across silicon, boards, firmware, drivers and servers – from first bring‑up through validation, production and customer delivery. You will own technical readiness, system performance and stability.

Key responsibilities

• Define board, host, interconnect, power, cooling and serviceability requirements from inference workloads and set hardware‑software interfaces.
• Prepare for silicon arrival, lead cross‑layer bring‑up, use logs, telemetry and experiments to diagnose issues and verify fixes.
• Design and execute workload, sustained‑operation, recovery and production tests; lead design reviews and close customer issues.
• Coordinate engineering teams and ODM/JDM partners, balancing schedule, quality, cost and performance trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Degree in electrical or computer engineering (or equivalent experience) with proven ownership of shipped products.
• Led at least one server or accelerator platform from silicon bring‑up through validation to production or customer delivery.
• Deep expertise in board hardware, firmware or low‑level software with cross‑layer diagnostic ability.
• Experience co‑developing with ODMs, strong technical communication in English and willingness to work on‑site.
