Talent Acquisition Coordinator Traineeship

About the role

This traineeship supports the Talent Acquisition function of a leading semiconductor manufacturer. You will coordinate interview schedules, assist with onboarding, and help improve recruitment processes while gaining hands‑on HR experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers and interviewers.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Support onboarding for local and overseas hires, verifying pre‑employment documents and work‑pass information.
• Act as the primary contact for candidates regarding interview and onboarding matters.
• Prepare hiring statistics, recruitment reports and workforce planning data for the Talent Acquisition Section Manager.
• Maintain recruitment documents, trackers and process guides.
• Assist with employer branding, career fairs, campus recruitment and outreach events.
• Create and improve recruitment presentations and communication materials.
• Participate in projects to enhance recruitment processes and team efficiency.
• Support compliance activities, document management and audit preparation.
• Learn modern talent sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping and candidate research.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new projects.
