Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

A Talent Acquisition Executive is needed in Singapore to support the end-to-end recruitment process, from attracting applicants to handing them over to the HR Business Partner. The role is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process and post positions on the company website and relevant job boards.
• Follow up with applicants and arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates with internal stakeholders.
• Act as candidates' liaison from application through offer acceptance, facilitating a smooth transfer of the relationship to the HR Business Partner.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis, and attend recruitment events and career fairs.
• Assist with talent acquisition initiatives and other People & Culture responsibilities as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a fun, confident and outgoing personality.
• Ability to communicate and manage stakeholders, and to work in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of accuracy, reliability and integrity to protect confidential information.
