Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires high‑quality talent that aligns with its growth objectives. Working closely with business leaders, the manager develops strategic hiring plans, strengthens employer branding, and builds sustainable talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel recruitment strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals and talent communities.
• Oversee sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, interview coordination and offer management while delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing and relationship building with industry professionals.
• Monitor labour market trends, talent availability and competitive hiring practices to inform recruitment decisions.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify process improvements and ensure compliance with diversity and organisational policies.
• Collaborate with HR, department heads and external recruitment partners to support workforce planning and hiring success.
• Lead employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, university partnerships and career events to enhance the employer of choice reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recruitment improvements.
