Talent Acquisition Partner – High-Volume Semiconductor Hiring

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed‑term basis to lead high‑volume hiring for semiconductor manufacturing roles in Singapore. The role focuses on sourcing cleanroom technicians, equipment technicians and operators to support rapid production ramp‑ups. You will work closely with plant leaders and HR to ensure workforce readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for semiconductor manufacturing positions, delivering hires against aggressive targets.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates with cleanroom or semiconductor experience.
• Conduct structured screening for technical fit, shift flexibility and compliance requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and production leaders to align on headcount plans and provide pipeline updates.
• Drive fast turnaround times, organize walk‑in interviews and optimise recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for semiconductor, electronics or high‑tech manufacturing roles in Singapore.
• Strong track record in high‑volume hiring and meeting tight timelines.
• Knowledge of local hiring landscape, including foreign hiring considerations and MOM guidelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS systems and recruitment metrics tracking.
