Talent Acquisition Partner – High‑Volume Semiconductor Hiring

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high‑volume recruitment for semiconductor manufacturing roles in Singapore. The role focuses on sourcing cleanroom technicians, equipment technicians, operators and other skilled manufacturing talent to support rapid production ramp‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technician and operator positions, delivering against aggressive hiring targets.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates with semiconductor or cleanroom experience.
• Partner with hiring managers, production leaders and HR to align on headcount plans and provide real‑time pipeline updates.
• Drive fast turnaround times, organize walk‑in interviews, hiring days and recruitment drives, and optimise recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for semiconductor, electronics or high‑tech manufacturing roles in Singapore.
• Strong track record in high‑volume hiring and ability to meet tight timelines.
• Good understanding of Singapore hiring landscape, including local vs foreign hiring considerations and basic MOM guidelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
