Talent Acquisition Partner – Remote

About the role

Cygnify is a fast‑growing talent solutions provider that delivers Talent Acquisition as a Service to technology start‑ups across the region. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will support this TAaaS model by sourcing, assessing and placing top‑tier talent for our client companies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client start‑ups to understand hiring needs and design customised recruitment strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Leverage job boards, social media, networking events and industry partnerships to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Provide market insights and recommendations on talent availability, salary benchmarks and hiring trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably supporting regional technology clients.
• Proven track record of full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
