Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 Year Contract) - West Singapore

About the role

A global organisation in the electrical and digital building infrastructure sector is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 1-year contract based in the West location of Singapore. The role is highly visible and regional, supporting hiring across Southeast Asia and working closely with business and HR leaders across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across SEA, from sourcing and assessment through offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to turn workforce requirements into recruitment strategies.
• Deliver hiring across commercial, engineering, technical, supply chain, corporate and leadership functions.
• Build talent pipelines using direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals, talent mapping and recruitment platforms.
• Provide stakeholders with market intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitor activity and hiring trends.
• Support employer branding and regional talent initiatives such as early-career programmes.
• Track recruitment performance and improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 3 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in a multinational, industrial, manufacturing, engineering or technology environment.
• Track record of managing recruitment across multiple SEA markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to work across countries and business functions.
• Analytical and commercially minded, adaptable and self-driven.

Required skills

• End-to-end recruitment, direct sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems and job boards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, HR and AI tools.
