Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

AvePoint is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts for its Singapore operations. You will partner with business leaders, hiring managers and external agencies to attract top talent that aligns with the company’s culture and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast staffing needs and plan key hiring campaigns.
• Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Optimize recruitment processes and implement tactics to engage passive candidates.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Track, analyze and report key hiring metrics and budget forecasts.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a timely experience.
• Establish relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and other talent sources.
• Lead recruitment events and talent‑pipeline initiatives.
• Support additional HR and cross‑functional projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent‑acquisition role.
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate selection methods.
• Strong knowledge of the various business units’ talent needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
• Decisive, self‑motivated and able to work with a sense of urgency.
