Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (360°) will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a range of functions, partnering closely with business managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a premium candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche platforms and life‑science talent communities.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal profiles and hiring timelines.
• Provide regular market insights, compensation benchmarks and data‑driven recommendations.
• Ensure transparent communication with candidates and represent the employer brand authentically.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source of hire and pipeline conversion.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
