Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our manufacturing and engineering teams. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing high‑quality candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from gathering stakeholder expectations to extending offers.
• Source, identify and hire talent through various channels to meet business needs and timelines.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand requirements and provide recruitment planning.
• Oversee sourcing processes, assess internal and external candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to support decision‑making.
• Maintain close follow‑up with hiring managers and candidates to improve engagement.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore hiring guidelines throughout the process.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree with at least 3 years of manufacturing/engineering recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in‑house or agency).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated team player capable of managing the hiring process end‑to‑end.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies, recruitment tools and Singapore employment practices.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and present insights.
• Resourceful and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
