Talent Acquisition Specialist – SGD 3,000-4,000

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for our growing organization in Singapore. You will play a key part in attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and supporting our manpower planning needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Identify and engage suitable candidates through multiple channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support manpower planning and various recruitment initiatives.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Handle ad‑hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR administration.
• Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
