Tax Manager

About the role

Far East Organization, a leading private property developer in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee Singapore direct tax and overseas tax matters across its regional operations. You will ensure compliance, provide strategic tax advice, and support the business in managing tax risks.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all Singapore direct tax filings and coordinate overseas tax compliance for jurisdictions where the group operates.
• Review tax computations, prepare tax returns, and provide advisory support to business units.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and mitigate tax risks for the group.
• Analyse legislative changes and assess their impact on tax liabilities, structuring, and transfer pricing.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects and liaise with local and regional tax consultants.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a commercial environment or Big‑4 accounting firm.
• Detail‑oriented, independent, analytical with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
