Tax Workforce Consulting Off-Cycle Internship (Jul–Dec 2026)

About the role

Join PwC’s Tax Services team in Singapore as an off‑cycle intern, supporting workforce consulting projects from July to December 2026. You will work alongside experienced consultants, assisting with HR operations, employment taxes, immigration and total rewards advisory. This role offers hands‑on experience in delivering tax solutions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in developing fit‑for‑purpose client solutions by understanding clients’ needs from a holistic perspective.
• Develop impactful client deliverables to effectively communicate key insights.
• Provide comprehensive Singapore employment tax advisory alongside the corporate tax team, covering structuring, investments, M&A, family office set‑ups and other advisory work.
• Contribute to thought leadership by proactively seeking new knowledge and uncovering market trends and practices.
• Participate in business development initiatives within the team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of services.
• Foster strong client relationships and keep clients updated on key market and legislative developments.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial/Statistics, or Human Resources.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong conceptual understanding of theories and frameworks.
