Team Lead – Sales (Singapore & Malaysia)

About the role

Samyang Foods SEA is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive growth across Singapore and Malaysia. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead a dynamic sales team, manage key accounts and expand market coverage for our iconic food brands.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow revenue in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct regular business meetings to discuss sales plans, purchase orders, product launches and promotions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.
• Plan, monitor and manage customer rebates, promotional budgets and trade spending.
• Analyse sales performance and develop action plans to improve results.
• Identify and develop new distributors and business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate with supply‑chain to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and supply‑chain teams to execute commercial plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG, food & beverage or consumer goods sales experience.
• Proven track record in Singapore and Malaysia markets.
• Strong understanding of retail, distributors and key customers in the region.
• Experience in key‑account and distributor management.
