Team Lead, Social Engagement

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead, Social Engagement to drive the social media strategy for So Drama! Entertainment’s portfolio of lifestyle and entertainment brands, including the Kakee app, POWER 98, 88.3 JIA and the Music & Drama Company. The role sits in the Creative Innovation Department and will lead a multi‑functional team to grow and engage audiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and user growth.
• Oversee content planning and publishing on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Set and monitor KPIs for organic reach, engagement and community growth, using data‑driven insights to optimise performance.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate a team of content producers, community managers and data analysts, as well as manage vendors and freelancers.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to align paid and organic social efforts.
• Guide the creation of platform‑specific content such as short‑form videos, graphics, live streams and influencer campaigns.
• Analyse audience data, social listening and trends to refine strategy and report recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in social media strategy within a fast‑paced media or entertainment environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Data‑oriented mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across creative, product, tech and marketing teams.
