Team Leader – One-Ninety Restaurant

About the role

As the Team Leader of the One‑Ninety Restaurant, you will bring the dining experience to life by leading the floor, inspiring the service team and ensuring every guest interaction is warm, intuitive and effortless. This role is ideal for an experienced Captain or current F&B Team Leader ready to step into a supervisory position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, overseeing service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach and train front‑of‑house staff to maintain high service standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between guests, the service team and the kitchen.
• Ensure all service details are executed with quality, professionalism and hospitality.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Captain or F&B Team Leader/Supervisor in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong foundation in food and beverage operations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to train, motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
