Technical Account Manager – Mandarin Speaking (Singapore)

About the role

Figma is looking for a Technical Account Manager who can serve as a trusted technical advisor for its largest enterprise customers in APAC and Greater China. The role combines customer success, enterprise architecture and developer workflow expertise to drive adoption and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured technical engagements to assess customer environments, identify risks and provide prescriptive implementation guidance.
• Guide enterprise API usage, system integrations and extensibility initiatives across complex technical landscapes.
• Partner with developer teams to improve design‑to‑code workflows, including Dev Mode and Code to Canvas adoption.
• Deliver technical workshops and training sessions that enable customers to use advanced platform features confidently.
• Collaborate with sales, customer experience and product teams to ensure cohesive technical guidance and support account growth.
• Surface technical insights that support renewals, expansion and long‑term account growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering or enterprise customer success within a SaaS organization.
• Native Mandarin fluency (written and spoken) and professional working English.
• Strong consultative mindset with ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of enterprise APIs, integrations and development frameworks.
• Experience with identity management and governance frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement AI‑powered solutions in enterprise environments.
