Technical Consultant – Fraud Detection & Digital Identity

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to act as a subject‑matter expert in digital identity, device intelligence, behavioral biometrics and fraud detection technologies. You will guide clients through solution design, integration and adoption of the ThreatMetrix Dynamic Decision Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor during client onboarding and implementation of ThreatMetrix solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable fraud detection rules, SDK integrations and policy configurations for web and mobile.
• Lead technical workshops, walkthroughs and configuration sessions, and support troubleshooting, testing and go‑live activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, fraud strategy and product teams to resolve integration blockers and align configurations with risk appetite.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience delivering solution implementations for enterprise clients.
• Background in software engineering or mobile application development (native or hybrid).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and client‑management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript and mobile SDKs (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analytics.
• Familiarity with digital identity signals, device fingerprinting and behavioral biometrics is a plus.
