Technical Coordinator – BIM & Site Supervision

About the role

The Coordinator reports to the Manager/Team Leader and is responsible for coordinating technical matters, ensuring quality implementation, and supervising site works. The role bridges sub‑contractors, consultants and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and meet client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with sub‑contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Produce and maintain drawings from BIM (Revit) models and ensure proper data transmission.
• Monitor drawing production schedules and site progress to meet deadlines.
• Implement quality management processes, record results, analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
• Convert AutoCAD drawings into 3D models while adhering to BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD).
• Supervise site works in line with quality and EHS requirements and manage inspections and hand‑over processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BIM drafting (architectural or M&E).

Required skills

• Revit (BIM modeling).
• AutoCAD.
• 3D drawing and model conversion.
• Understanding of BIM standards and LOD.
