Technical Executive – Electrical Services Design

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Executive (Electrical) to join our design team in Singapore. The role focuses on planning, designing and producing detailed electrical service drawings for a variety of projects, from townships to industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D electrical tender drawings using AutoCAD, ArchiCAD and Revit.
• Develop single‑line diagrams, schematics and layouts for indoor/outdoor installations, underground piping, lightning protection and CCTV systems.
• Assist in upgrading existing building drawings for new tenders.
• Liaise with the Engineer‑in‑Charge to submit drawings to relevant authorities for approval.
• Support BIM coordination and ensure compliance with project standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of drafting experience in electrical building services within a consultancy.
• Strong understanding of building services design and BIM processes.
