Technical Executive

About the role

The Technical Executive will lead the on‑site operation team in overseeing day‑to‑day planning, management and execution of facilities management works and services for Surbana Jurong in Singapore. This role ensures smooth maintenance, repair and utility monitoring across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Station on‑site to oversee daily planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.
• Attend to work requests and fault calls during and after office hours.
• Manage contractors for both minor and major works.
• Participate in site meetings for maintenance and repair activities.
• Conduct building inspections and monitor utility consumption.
• Prepare cost estimates, work proposals and technical feasibility reports.
• Coordinate all maintenance and repair works (M&E and C&S) including Soft Services.
• Update M&E inventory listings and submit work schedules, including Soft Services.
• Track, monitor and update maintenance schedules for all M&E systems, building works and soft services.

Required profile

• Approved diploma in estate management, building maintenance, civil/structural/mechanical/electrical engineering from a local polytechnic or equivalent, with at least three years relevant experience.
• Degree in civil & structural engineering (preferably with marine works experience) or equivalent, with recent experience maintaining foreshore structures.
